This Annex to the Java SE 20 Specification contains the Java SE 20 versions of the Java Debug Wire Protocol (JDWP) and the Java Debug Wire Protocol (JDWP) Details specifications.

The Java SE 20 versions include corrections and clarifications made to the JDWP since the Java SE 19 version, that is, since the Final Release of JSR 394. These changes are flagged with colorful text, as follows:

• Text with light green background indicates new material in the Java SE 20 version.
• Text struck through on a light red background indicates deletion from the Java SE 19 version.
